The last few weeks have been a bit stressful with finals and end-of-the-s
emester projects, but I still made an effort to partake in some holiday festivities!
Gingerbread isn't for everyone, but I sure do love it. My family likes to make gingerbread cookies every year during the holidays. This year my boyfriend Lucas helped me make some. He had never made gingerbread before, let alone tasted it. We had fun decorating them and even tried to make each other as gingerbread. A few weeks later my friends and I held our annual gingerbread house making competition. Even though we call it a competition, we usually all work together to successfully make at least one, durable and decorative house.
