Finding Meaning in Life
What gives your life meaning and purpose? What gives you hope? Some people find these answers through organized religion while others follow personal beliefs. Perhaps you feel as though it is your duty to help others or to love and care for your friends and family. Do not be afraid to question the meaning of life.

Values & Beliefs
What are your personal values and do you behave in accordance with them? I occasionally find myself questioning whether or not my actions are aligned with my beliefs. It is also important to be aware of other people's values. It is okay not to agree with other peoples spiritualities or beliefs, as long as you still show them respect.

Finding Peace in Nature
Seek comfort in nature. Practice relaxation, meditation, and/or yoga. Increase awareness through journaling or spend time connecting with the world around you. I am a strong advocate for finding peace in nature. Spend time outdoors, observing the connections and intricate ways in which Mother Nature works.
